Asylee Adjustment of Status

Attorney Mooradian's client, an asylee from Africa, recently completed a successful interview at the Boston USCIS Field Office. The client, who had been tortured as a political prisoner in his country of origin, did have a number of physical health issues. Mooradian was able to successfully request disability accommodations and work together with an interpreter to avoid any failings during the course of the interview.
