K1 Fiance Visa Approved, Brazil

Mooradian's clients, a couple that intends to marry in the United States, had previously had their I-129F petition approved by USCIS.  However, the consular process was delayed by the National Visa Center and the Department of State due to ongoing backlogs.

Following numerous inquiries, Attorney Mooradian was able to secure an appointment for a consular appointment.  The interview was successful.  The officer was satisfied with the bona fides of the relationship, supporting evidence, and financial support.  Accordingly, the beneficiary was permitted to enter the United States on her fiance visa.
