Special Findings for Immigrant Child after Father's Death

Attorney Mooradian’s client, a young woman from El Salvador, endured the death of her father prior to making the arduous journey to the United States to be reunited with her mother. While the client remained in deportation proceedings, the special findings order allowed her to seek reprieve and benefits through USCIS.
