I-360 Approved for Child from Venezuela

Mooradian's client, a young woman and political activist from Venezuela, recently received an approval of her Special Immigrant Juvenile status based upon a Probate and Family Court Order from Worcester. Subsequent to obtaining the approval of her I-360, Mooradian was able to obtain a dismissal of the deportation proceedings against this juvenile. The client has now applied for permanent resident status based on the approved immigrant juvenile visa.
