Congress Should Reform DACA to Benefit Dreamers

Attorney Mooradian's article recently appeared in the Worcester Telegram and Gazette regarding DACA policy following the Trump Administration's recent change.  As mentioned in the article, changes around DACA leave DACA beneficiaries vulnerable to a loss of their work authorization, as well as vulnerable to potential deportation should this group of individuals be subject to Department of Homeland Security's (DHS's) enforcement priorities.

Attorney Mooradian urges legislators and the Worcester community to push for a fix for DACA beneficiaries.  In the meantime, Attorney Mooradian has consulted with numerous DACA beneficiaries and new applicants about the prospect of their still applying for DACA, risks for those who have already applied, and whether or not renewal might be available for some.
