Attorney Mooradian Obtains Conditional Termination of Removal Proceedings

Attorney Mooradian succeeded in terminating removal proceedings for his client, a young man who had entered the United States without inspection as a juvenile and faced allegations of gang involvement. Attorney Mooradian successfully argued to the Immigration Judge that the accusations relied on speculation. Ultimately, the Judge terminated the removal proceedings so that the client could apply for his green card (permanent residence) with USCIS.
