Attorney Mooradian wins Adjustment of Status for Immigrant Juvenile Client

Attorney Mooradian won Adjustment of Status (to Permanent Resident) for an immigrant juvenile client. In order to obtain this status, the client had to prove to the Probate and Family Court in Worcester that he had been abandoned by his father; that he was under 21 years old; that he was unmarried; that it was in his best interests to remain in the United States versus return to his native country of El Salvador; and that he was dependent upon that court to make such a determination.
