Attorney Mooradian's Client Arrives from Asia

Attorney Mooradian's client, a woman from Korea, arrived in the United States after successfully obtaining a marriage-based visa. The parties had begun the paperwork on their own, but hit a roadblock when the consulate failed to process their file. Mooradian was able to negotiate with the consulate. He also transferred the case to a different consulate because the client was in the process of moving from the country of her employment back to her country of nationality.
