Citizenship Despite Past Addiction and Criminal History

Attorney Mooradian recently received an approval for a long-term resident of the United States who had applied for citizenship, despite a difficult history. In particular, the attorney faced a challenge when the agency discovered some criminal charges that had long been sealed in another state pursuant to a diversion program. After receiving Mooradian's argument on behalf of his client, however, USCIS approved the application.
