Fiance Petition Approved for Beneficiary in Brazil

Attorney Mooradian's client, a young woman from Brazil, had been waiting for nearly a year for the processing of her I-129F petition. Following this wait, Mooradian identified that the case was outside normal processing times. After putting in a service request with USCIS, along with a Congressional inquiry, the petition has been approved. Now, the case will be forwarded to the National Visa Center to commence consular processing.
