Fiance Visa Petition Approved

Attorney Mooradian's clients, a couple living in a long-distance relationship between Mexico and Connecticut, recently filed a petition for a fiance visa.  Following a Request for Evidence and the response developed by Attorney Mooradian, the petition was approved by USCIS.  The case will now be transferred to the National Visa Center such that the beneficiary may go forward with consular processing and pursue, eventually, permanent resident status with USCIS here in the United States.
