Green Cards for three Asylees

Mooradian's clients, three asylees from Asia, were approved for permanent resident status without interviews.  The family of three had been granted asylum by an immigration judge several years ago. Mooradian developed comprehensive filings demonstrating that the family was per se eligible for permanent resident status.  All three were granted this status by USCIS without any interview, nor any requests for further evidence or notices of intent to deny.  They now enjoy permanent residents (which has been backdated by one year per their asylee status).  In less than four years, the entire family will be eligible to apply for naturalization.
