Humanitarian Asylum for Quadriplegic Girl and Parents

Attorney Mooradian obtained humanitarian asylum for a quadriplegic girl and her parents. Mooradian argued that the young girl and her family had experienced significant discrimination and the foreclosure of schooling opportunities in the country of origin on account of her disabilities. He also argued that the girl and her mother would be subject to the specter of domestic and gang-based violence on account of their gender.
