Attorney Mooradian's client, a young man from Haiti currently living in France, has been approved for an I-129F petition for Fiance. The client and his fiance have been physically separated for a significant time. With the approval of this visa petition, the couple will soon be able to reunify. The case is being transferred to the National Visa Center, where the beneficiary will then be able to provide documents to the Department of State and eventually move forward with his consular process.
