I-360 Approved for Immigrant Juvenile

Attorney Mooradian's client, a young man from Guatemala, received an approved Special Immigrant Juvenile visa based on a predicate order obtained from the probate and family court. That order detailed years of abuse and abandonment by his father. Following that abandonment and abuse, the child had fled to the United States, wherre he was able to reunify with his family. USCIS has made a determination that this child merits a special immigrant juvenile visa.  Once a visa becomes available, the child will then be permitted to apply for a permanent resident status and is on his path to citizenship.
