Immigrant Juvenile Approved for Green Card

Attorney Mooradian's client, a young man from El Salvador, recently received his lawful permanent resident status after an Individual Hearing before the Boston Immigration Court. The client, who had been previously approved for a Special Immigrant Juvenile visa, was able to appear before the court for a brief hearing on his Adjustment of Status (Form I-485). The client was asked to testify with respect to any criminal history, drug use, or national security concerns. Following his testimony, the Immigration Judge granted his application. The client is now a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States.
