Immigrant Juvenile Granted Green Card

Mooradian's client, a young man from India, was recently granted lawful permanent resident status after his I-485 Petition was approved by USCIS.

The child, who had grown up in extreme poverty in his country of origin, faced complete abandonment and neglect by his parents, with whom he had never lived.  His parents proved completely unable to care for him until he fled to the United States.  Upon arrival, extended family members cared for him and provided adequate schooling opportunities, shelter, and nourishment.

Now, following the previous approval of his I-360 Petition, he is able to enjoy the benefits of permanent resident status in the United States.
