Inadmissibility Waived for Client Separated from Family

Attorney Mooradian successfully petitioned for a waiver of inadmissibility for his client, a survivor of domestic abuse from an ex-partner. He argued that the client’s current husband, a United States citizen, would endure extreme hardship both if he remained in the United States, and if he traveled to Brazil to reunify with his wife, who was in danger in her country of origin.
