Marriage-Based Visa and Green Card

Attorney Mooradian's clients, a couple from the Middle East, recently received approval of their marriage visa and green card following a hearing at USCIS. The clients had some particular concerns about their marital history, including a history of past marriages. Mooradian was able to work together with the clients to prepare them for their interview, as well as gather evidence in support of their petitions.  As a result, the couple was granted the marriage visa and green card following a short interview. In particular, Mooradian had submitted overwhelming evidence and a clear legal basis for the issuance of permanent resident status on their behalf.
