Marriage Visa and Permanent Residence Approved

Mooradian's client, a young woman from the Middle East, recently received the approval of her permanent resident status despite a previous rejection of her filing. The client is married to a U.S. Citizen.  Her filing was rejected prior to her obtaining representation due to an error in the civil documents she had submitted regarding her family status.

Mooradian was able to identify the error.  He then built up the case with further evidence of the bona fide relationship. Following a brief interview at the Lawrence Field Office, the client was approved as a lawful permanent resident of the United States.
