Military Spouse; Motion to Reopen and Dismiss

Following extensive negotiations with the Office of Chief Counsel, Attorney Mooradian was able to receive a positive result for a military spouse who had an existing deportation order. After gathering significant hardship evidence and highlighting the current prosecutorial discretion policies, the Office of Chief Counsel agreed to the submission of joint motions to reopen and dismiss the existing removal order, effectively eliminating the risk of removal for this military spouse and granting a path toward lawful permanent resident status.
