Motions to Reopen and Dismiss EOIR proceedings

Mooradian's clients, a mother and son from Central America, recently had their EOIR proceedings reopened and dismissed.  The family had been granted permanent resident status pursuant to a U visa that had been approved several years prior. However, they were ordered removed from the United States in the early 1990s.  After gathering sufficient evidence and submitting motions to reopen and terminate to EOIR, the Dallas Immigration Court agree to reopen and terminate proceedings.
