One-Step Adjustment of Status, Approved Administratively

Mooradian's client, a young woman from Eastern Europe, recently received the approval of her permanent resident status based upon her marriage to a U.S. Citizen. This matter faced several delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  However, Mooradian made repeated expedite request due to the extenuating personal circumstances of the couple.  Following Mooradian's most recent request, the agency agreed to decide the case administratively based on the extensive evidence of both the relationship and hardship should a delay persist.  The case was approved and green card issued by mail such that the couple may continue in their life together.
