Mooradian's clients, a young couple formerly of Boston, recently received the approval of their marriage visa and their adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident status. The couple came to Mooradian after having concerns about travel, relocating, and the logistics of pursuing an immigrant visa for the beneficiary, particularly during COVID-19. After submitting extensive evidence to the agency of the relationship, the admissibility of the beneficiary, and financial support, USCIS waived its interview of the parties and approved the matter administratively.
