Permanent Resident Status for Abused Sisters

Attorney Mooradian received Permanent Resident Status for sisters who had been physically and emotionally abused while living in North Africa. Following approval of special immigrant juvenile status, USCIS waived interviews and issued permanent resident cards to both of the young women.  They are able to safely remain with their family members in Massachusetts, continue their schooling, and live in conditions far superior to those in their country of origin.
