Permanent Resident Status for Neglected Siblings

Mooradian's clients, a brother and sister from South America, were recently granted permanent resident status by USCIS following approval of their I-360 petitions and submission of all supporting evidence in support of Adjustment of Status.  USCIS waived an interview for both children.

The clients have experienced protracted neglect and abandonment by their biological father that forced them to flee into dangerous neighborhoods just to survive, and then to the United States. Following approval of motions for special findings with the Probate and Family Court, and then the approval of their special immigrant juvenile petitions, both children have now been granted lawful permanent resident status in the United States.
