Protracted Family Separation, Children Admitted

Attorney Mooradian negotiated with the Department of State to receive admission to the United States and emergency permanent residency status for two young children from El Salvador living in detoriating conditions. The children had been separated from their mother for over two years due to administrative processing delays, attempts by USCIS to reopen the matter, and the COVID 19 pandemic.

Mooradian was able to develop full and robust materials in support of permanent resident status for both children. After this status was granted, they were immediately reunited with their mother.
