Special Immigrant Juvenile Order for Child from Africa

Attorney Mooradian’s teenage client received an order of Special Findings of Fact and Rulings of Law from the Worcester Probate and Family Court. Mooradian presented evidence to the court that the child had been abused by his father and was the survivor of severe forms of domestic violence. While the client remained subject to removal from the United States, the predicate order findings will allow the client, now deemed an Immigrant Child, to apply for a Special Immigrant Juvenile Visa and Adjustment of Status.
