Mooradian's client, a young man from Guatemala, recently received his ten-year permanent resident card such that he can remain in the United States with his spouse and U.S. Citizen daughter. The client faced complications when his initial marital relationship broke down.
The client intended to travel internationally within two weeks of his inquiry to USCIS, however, the agency indicated that a Tier 2 officer would not be available for a call back until 30 days later. Mooradian was able to negotiate for a call back within five days, at which time he was able to schedule an InfoPass appointment.
