Special Immigrant Juvenile Status after Jurisdiction Questioned

Mooradian won Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for a young woman who had been physically and sexually abused in Central America, despite USCIS initially questioning the jurisdiction of a local court that had issued a protective order in Worcester. After receiving a Request for Evidence, Attorney Moorardian used precedent ro persuade USCIS to issue a special immigrant juvenile status approval.
