Ten-Year Green Card After Fraud Allegations

Attorney Mooradian obtained a green card for a lawful permanent resident after he was accused of entering a marriage with intent of violating immigration laws. The clients unfortunately had gone to a notary who gave them bad advice, leading to a deficient initial filing. Mooradian substantiated these claims and also assisted the couple in gathering further evidence of the relationship, such as mail delivered to the home, banking records, and records relating to loans and debts.
