Mooradian recently won a ten-year permanent resident card for a client who had applied for an I-751, but since gone through the breakdown of his marriage. Mooradian indicated in his cover letter and argument to USCIS that the relationship was bona fide at the time it was contracted, but that it did dissolve. He submitted further evidence of the initial relationship, resulting in a green card.
