Work Authorization for ASAP Class Member

Mooradian’s client was recently issued work authorization based on a pending asylum application. The client, who was having difficulty obtaining her work authorization due to Trump Administration era practices, was able to join the ASAP class action as a member. Once Mooradian coordinated her membership and submitted the application for work authorization, the authorization was then issued within one month.
